How To Make Loaded Reuben Fries

Ingredients

  • Season French fries, you can also use homemade French fries, waffle fries, sweet potato fries, crinkle-cut fries, or steak fries!
  • corned beef, you can use shredded corned beef or thinly sliced corned beef. I like to use frozen single-serve corned beef ”steaks” I get from my local grocery store, but any kind of corned beef will work great!
  • sauerkraut, with or without caraway seeds.
  • shredded or thinly sliced Swiss cheese
  • Thousand Island dressing, you can also use Russian dressing

Directions

Cook your corned beef, shred or cut into bite-sized pieces, and set aside.

Drain the sauerkraut and place it in a small saucepan or skillet, heat over low heat just until warm. Cover and set aside.

Air-fry or cook your french fries according to the package directions.

Transfer the cooked fries to a large plate, platter, or cast iron skillet for serving. Top with the corned beef, and warmed sauerkraut, add the Swiss cheese, and allow it to melt slightly.

Drizzle with your desired amount of dressing and serve immediately!

I like to serve these fries with a bowl of dressing on the side, so each person can add more to their plate as needed, that way I don’t have to add too much dressing to the main plate/platter and can avoid my french fries getting soggy!
