How to Make A Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail

You’ll need

  • champagne of choice, I like to use a slightly sweeter very bubbly champagne, but you can use any champagne you like. You can also use sparkling wine, Italian sparkling wine, Spanish sparkling wine, or your favorite sparkling wine, will all work great for this recipe!
  • pomegranate syrup, homemade or store-bought
  • pomegranate seeds, fresh or frozen
  • glass for serving. Champagne flutes, a martini glass, a rocks glass, or your favorite cocktail glass will all work perfectly for this recipe!

Directions

Carefully pour your champagne into your glass of choice, filling it roughly 2/3 of the way up. Pour in 2 tbsp of pomegranate syrup, and let the cocktail sit for a moment so the syrup sinks into the bottom of the glass.

Add roughly 1 tbsp of pomegranate seeds and serve immediately.

Enjoy!

This way everyone can enjoy the event and delicious drinks, regardless of age and drinking preferences!

To make this mocktail version you’ll need

  • pomegranate seeds, fresh or frozen
  • a glass for serving. If you are planning on having a lot of kids at your party or event, I would recommend buying some plastic champagne flutes or cocktail glasses from your local dollar store!
