Equipment

  • shot glasses I love using these plastic shot glasses for parties!
  • *Cocktail shaker

Ingredients

  • 2 oz whip cream vodka, you can also use vanilla vodka or birthday cake vodka if you can find it.
  • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur I used a white chocolate Irish cream.
  • ice for mixing
  • whipped cream for topping the shots, optional, but highly recommended
  • rainbow sprinkles optional, but highly recommended

Instructions

  • Place your ice, vodka, and white chocolate liqueur in your cocktail shaker, cover, and shake roughly for a couple of seconds.
  • Pour into two shot glasses, top with a dollop of whipped cream, and a sprinkle of rainbow sprinkles.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

If you aren’t a fan of whipped cream, you can rim your shot glasses with vanilla frosting and roll them in sprinkles to garnish instead!
You should be able to find both whip cream vodka and white chocolate liqueur at your local grocery or liquor store. But if you are having trouble finding one or both, you can order both online.
I usually use spray can whipped cream for making these shots, as it is just easier and faster, but you can also use homemade whipped cream.
Here is my quick and easy homemade whipped cream recipe: combine 1 cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, and 3 tsp vanilla extract in a large bowl. Beat using an electric mixer at high speed until stiff peaks form. Enjoy!
