- 1 1/2 cups frozen blackberries*
- 8 oz cream soda I’ve used just about every type of cream soda available to make this drink, so I can promise it will taste delicious regardless of what brand you use or what your soda is sweetened with.
Place the frozen blackberries and cream soda into an upright blender and pulse on high speed just until combined. You want a thicker, slushy-like consistency, so be careful not to blend too long, or it will come out watery.
Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
*You could make this recipe with fresh blackberries, but you will also have to add ice to help thicken it in order to create a slushy-like consistency.
If you accidentally blend your blackberries for too long, no need to worry! Simply toss some ice into the blender and pulse until you reach your desired consistency.
