My creamy Caesar dressing tastes way better than anything you’ll find at the store, it’s perfect for salads, fresh veggies, and more! Plus it’s made completely from scratch without needing raw eggs or anchovy paste!

- 1/2 cup real mayo homemade is best, but you can also use store-bought mayo
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice roughly 1 1/2 lemons
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- sea salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients, except the salt and pepper, and whisk until smooth.
Season with salt and a generous amount of black pepper, whisk to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Transfer the finished dressing to a glass jar or airtight container. Cover tightly, and store in the fridge until ready to use.
Use this dressing as part of your next Caesar salad, or to top any of your favorite salad recipes!

Homemade Caesar dressing can be stored in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to 7 days!
The extra virgin olive oil in this recipe is a key ingredient in my mind and adds a nice depth of flavor. But if you are in a pinch you can use, avocado oil, vegetable oil, and even canola oil to make this recipe.
If you are planning to use store-bought mayo to create the mayonnaise base for this dressing, be sure to use real mayo. You don’t want salad dressing or Miracle Whip, as it will make the finished dressing too sweet.
I love using this dressing to make Caesar salads, but it’s also great on wraps, pasta salad, and sandwiches. And it makes a fun and delicious dipping sauce for chicken tenders and fries!
