Every time I make a new homemade pizza, I think to myself, ‘this is it, this is the best homemade pizza I’ve ever made,’ and for a minute, I guess that’s true. Then the next pizza idea comes along, and the same thing happens all over again.
I love pizza, I’m making it, I love eating it, and I love seeing what new and amazing combinations I can come up with next.
And I love getting to share each new and amazing recipe here. However, that might go without saying, given that I already have at least a dozen pizza recipes on the blog.

And if you couldn’t guess, this chopped Caesar salad pizza just so happens to be my current favorite!
I don’t know why, but I’ve always loved pizza and salad together, maybe just because it’s been a staple of American living since long before I came around, who knows?

But I also love salad and lettuce on pizza. I know it might seem strange, especially if you’ve never tried it before.
But I can assure you this is by no means an original idea of mine, and you’d be surprised not just by how many people love it, but also by how good it tastes!

This chopped Caesar salad pizza is the perfect combination of pizza and salad. It’s flavorful, easy to make, and delicious.
Golden brown pizza crust, topped with melty cheese and crisp lettuce, I mean, it’s kinda hard to go wrong.
This homemade pizza is sure to be a hit with everyone and is perfect for your next pizza night, game day, movie night, or dinner party!

Chopped Caesar Salad Pizza Recipe

- shredded or grated parmesan cheese
Garlic herb oil
- extra-virgin olive oil
- garlic, minced
- dried basil
- dried oregano
- smoked paprika

How To Make A Chopped Caesar Salad Pizza
Prepare your crust according to the recipe or package directions(if you are using a prebaked crust, skip this step.) Roll out the crust, then transfer it to a parchment paper lined or well greased baking sheet, and set aside until ready to use.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
In a small bowl, combine the garlic oil ingredients. Then spread the garlic seasoned olive oil evenly over your prepared crust using the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the oil, then layer the fresh mozzarella over it.
Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
While the pizza is baking, prep your ceaser salad(see notes for additional salad options).
In a medium bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, cheese, and dressing, and toss to make sure everything is coated in the dressing.
Add your croutons if desired and toss to combine. (I like to sprinkle the croutons over the top of the finished pizza rather than putting them in the salad, but both options work great!)
Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool for 5 minutes before topping it with the Caesar salad. Sprinkle the salad over the top of the pizza, keeping it evenly spread over the whole pizza.
Top with additional croutons and a drizzle of Caesar dressing(is desired), then cut into 8 slices and enjoy!

Recipe Notes
Any leftover pizza can be stored in an airtight container or wrapped in plastic wrap in the fridge for up to 5 days! You can easily reheat Caesar salad pizza in the oven, but keep in mind the lettuce won’t be crisp anymore on leftover pizza.
I love to make my own Ceasr salad for this recipe, but you can just as easily use a premade salad kit. Or simply toss any kind of lettuce or greens you like with you faovrite Caesar dressing and enjoy! You could also add diced chicken breast or chicken strips to make this a chicken Caesar salad pizza!
And feel free to add any additional toppings you’d like to this pizza, tomatoes, red onion, red pepper flakes, and even pepperoni would all be delicious!
